Is BigGuru's training HRD Corp claimable?
Yes — all BigGuru programmes are conducted under a registered HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) provider. We handle all grant application paperwork, submission, and follow-up on your behalf. Most Malaysian-registered employers with a monthly wage bill above RM10,000 are eligible to claim.
What is the minimum number of participants?
For most in-person programmes, we recommend a minimum of 15 participants for optimal group dynamics. For keynote talks there is no minimum. For virtual sessions we can accommodate groups as small as 10. Contact us to discuss your situation — we are flexible.
What languages does Lingesh train in?
Lingesh is fully bilingual and delivers programmes in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. He can also blend both languages (Manglish) for mixed-language Malaysian corporate audiences. All materials can be provided in either or both languages.
Does Lingesh travel for outstation or international programmes?
Yes — Lingesh regularly delivers programmes across all Malaysian states including Sabah and Sarawak. He has also delivered internationally in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Travel and logistics are agreed during the proposal stage.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on programme duration, participant count, customisation required, and location. We provide a full proposal within 48 hours of an initial brief. All quotes are inclusive of pre-programme consultation and post-programme summary reports.
Which industries does BigGuru specialise in?
BigGuru has delivered programmes across banking and insurance, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, retail, telecommunications, and government-linked companies. Every programme is contextualised to your sector and company culture — we do not deliver generic training.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for standard programmes to allow customisation time. For large-scale programmes or annual conferences, 6–8 weeks is ideal. Reach out for urgent requests — we will do our best to accommodate.
Are online training sessions as effective as in-person?
Lingesh's virtual programmes are purpose-designed for online delivery — not simply recorded in-person sessions. They include live interactivity, breakout discussions, digital exercises, and polling tools to maintain engagement. Most participants report equivalent or superior learning outcomes. Virtual sessions are also significantly more cost-effective for distributed teams.
